ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon successful submission of your online order, you will receive from us an e-mail confirmation receipt of your order, with your order reference number and order details. You will also receive a Transaction Confirmation e-mail from Paypal when your credit card has been charged. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another e-mail from us.
ORDER ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer. However, we will provide you with a refund in the form of store credit or do an exchange for you.
If order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, full amount paid will be refunded.
SALES & CLEARANCE product Item(s) / Items is/are strictly not returnable, refundable and exchangeable. Items that are on sale or discounted will be on a 24 hours reservation upon processing your order. If payment is not received, we will release the item to the next customer in line.
SHIPPING
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days once we have received your order. If we are unable to fulfil your orders within the stated time frame, we will contact you for further instructions. An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
For local orders, we will ship the items via Singapore Post.
Normal Mail – Flat Rate of $2.00
Registered Mail – Flat rate of $4.25 (Highly Recommended) A tracking reference will be given.
Courier - Flat rate of $8.00
RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is our top priority. But, once product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged or returned except for the following:
- Products delivered are different from what is stated on the invoice.
- Products found to be faulty during delivery.
You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will arrange to exchange the wrong products or faulty products within 7 business days. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipts, in the original packaging with all the merchandise tags attached and in the original condition.
Please note that shipping & handling charges are not refundable and any further charges incurred upon the return of merchandise will be borne by customer. As we cannot take responsibility for loss of or damage to items sent back to us, please ensure that merchandise is properly packaged and insured, if necessary.
PAYMENTS
All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars and made securely through Paypal. Paypal ensures transaction security and integrity through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You have the option of paying by credit card VIA Paypal or interbank transfer to Mamalicious designated bank account.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders (which are sent by registered airmail) and local registered orders, tracking reference number and relevant details will be included in the email. Import taxes are sometimes levied by a country’s customs and tax authorities. Taxes vary and are calculated on the value of the goods. All import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We declare the actual value of the contents and list it under merchandise and are unable to do otherwise. Please request for a quote on international shipping charges before checking out.
