An order is placed when you go through the checkout process all the way to successfully making your payment for the purchases. You will receive an order confirmation via email. While we ship to addresses in Singapore and internationally, the terms below apply to deliveries to Singapore addresses only.

SHIPPING

Your order will be fulfilled between 3 and 7 business days from the time you make the purchase. Delivery hours are between 9am and 7pm on business days. If an item is out-of-stock and you choose to wait for it, the delivery may be later than 7 business days. In such cases, we will contact you. If we are unable to fulfill your orders within the stated time frame, we will contact you for further instructions.

Mamalicious is not responsible for delays of postal delivery and is not responsible for the package once placed in the hands of SingPost. In the unlikelihood that a package is lost, Mamalicious may file an Enquiry On Postal Article with SingPost on your behalf because you are a valued customer. However, we are not responsible for loss of the contents.

CHARGES

For local delivery, we provide delivery service at $8 for orders less than $100. Delivery is FREE for orders $100 and above. If you want your order to deliver by Post, please email us.

For overseas delivery, we will engage the services of SpeedPost and SpeedPost delivery rates will be applied. Import taxes are sometimes levied by a country’s customs and tax authorities. Taxes vary and are calculated on the value of the goods. All import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We declare the actual value of the contents and list it under merchandise and are unable to do otherwise.

ORDER ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION

We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer. However, we will provide you with a refund in the form of store credit or do an exchange for you.

If order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, full amount paid will be refunded.

SALES & CLEARANCE product Item(s) / Items is/are strictly not returnable, refundable and exchangeable. Items that are on sale or discounted will be on a 24 hours reservation upon processing your order. If payment is not received, we will release the item to the next customer in line.

RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. But, once product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged or returned except for the following:-

• Products delivered are different from what is stated on the invoice.

• Products found to be faulty during delivery.

For wrong products or faulty products received, there will be a one to one exchange.

You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will arrange to exchange the wrong products or faulty products within 7 business days. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipts, in the original packaging with all the merchandise tags attached and in the original condition.

Please note that shipping & handling charges are not refundable and any further charges incurred upon the return of merchandise will be borne by customer. As we cannot take responsibility for loss of or damage to items sent back to us, please ensure that merchandise is properly packaged and insured, if necessary.

PRIVACY POLICY

Mamalicious respects and promises to honor your privacy. Your contact information, including your email address, telephone number or anything else we request of you, will never be disclosed, shared, transferred, sold or rent to any third party without your prior consent unless it is necessary or appropriate to comply with the applicable laws or in legal proceedings.

Mamalicious does not send unsolicited marketing emails to you, our customers.  However, you may receive periodical emails on special promotions, new products and events.

CONSENT

Mamalicious will notify you, by means of e-mails or telephone, should there be a need to use your information in a manner other than those stated on our website. You will then have a choice to consent or reject to such use.
